Recommendations

PathFynd AI recommends schools based only on how well they match a parent's needs, using verified information with up-to-date fees. Payments, sponsored placements and ads never influence recommendations.

Recommendations are guidance to help you decide. Always visit a school and check the details that matter to you before you enrol.

Reviews

One review per household per school per year. Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. The PathFynd team removes reviews that are fake or abusive.

Do not include a child's name, photo or medical details in a review, or anything that identifies a member of staff by name. Schools on Verified Pro can reply publicly, and replies follow the same rules.

Schools

Schools must provide a full fee breakdown for every class and confirm it each term. Schools that don't confirm are removed from PathFynd AI matches until they do.

A school may only claim a profile it is authorised to manage, and must give true proof of identity (NAPPS or Ministry of Education records). Lead details shared with a school may be used only to respond to that parent, and never added to marketing lists without the parent's consent.

Parents

A free account is for personal use while choosing a school. Book tours and send enquiries only when you mean them, and keep your sign-in code private.

Advertisers

Every vendor is verified before ads go live. Ads must be accurate, lawful and suitable for families, and must link to the business named in the ad. Ads appear only in clearly labelled slots and never inside PathFynd AI recommendations.

Paid services

Verified Pro renews yearly; Premium Pass, sponsored placements and ad slots by term or month. If Verified Pro expires, the school returns to the free listing and past replies stay visible. School fees are not paid through PathFynd.

Every payment gets a receipt, and we remind you before a renewal. Lead fees are charged once a parent has agreed to share their details. If a payment fails, you are not charged and can try again. Refund requests are handled by the PathFynd team at hello@pathfynd.ng.

Using PathFynd fairly

Don't copy school data in bulk, try to get around a lock or payment, upload anything you don't have the right to share, or use PathFynd to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Accuracy and responsibility

Fees and facts on school profiles come from the schools themselves. We check proof of identity and ask schools to confirm their fees every term, but we can't guarantee every detail. PathFynd is not responsible for decisions a school makes about admission, or for services a school or advertiser provides.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes that can't be settled by talking to us first will be handled by the courts of Lagos State.

Changes to these terms
